It has a fan for the summer & heating for the cold days & nights.

Las Cañitas is the name given to the coastal or northeastern portion of the Palermo neighborhood.The neighborhood of Las Cañitas was always characterized by being very quiet, for the fact of being cornered by diagonals (Luis María Campos) and for being next to the Palermo Polo Club, this changed from the mid-'90s, years in which many restaurants, pubs and nightclubs began to be installed.2
