The private room is furnished with a single bed, a night table and a light, a comfortable built in closet ay your disposal,  a group of shelves, a computer desk and a chair.

It has a fan for the summer & heating for the cold days & nights.

There is a  window that brings natural light inside the room.

A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, containing an oven, and another electric, a stove top, a fridge with freezer, a kettle, and all kitchen utensils. 

The shared  bathroom has shower, W.C and sink.

Rent includes all bills and expenses (gas, electricity, building fees, water, internet access, change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning service).

The balcony allows an open view. Although the apartment islocated in  Cañitas, it is not in the center of the noise; so you can enjoy a kind of  tranquility bubble in an movement area. The apartment is refurbished. 

The apartment is available to all means of transport (train, bus, subway and Aeroparque). Sports and nightlife area.
