Juana´s apartment is one block away from one of the most important avenues in the city: Corrientes Avenue. There you can find plenty of shops, restautants, banks, supermarkets, laundries, bus stops, subway stations, etc. In the area you will find the Abasto Shopping, great spot to do shopping.
Juana tells us more about her home: "The apartment is very spacious, 180m2. I am very discrete and polite. I have a nice living and dinning room, very comfortable. The apartment has wifi in all the spaces. There are memories and pictures of all the family. I think there are good vibes in my home.. The guests I've had have always been very happy and I am still in contact with them today!"
Almagro is a nice and traditional mostly middle-class neighborhood of Buenos Aires.
It features strong commercial activity along its avenues, and has a high population density due to the many high-rise buildings erected along the railway line.
The National Technological University, one the most important public universities in the country specializing in engineering and exact sciences, is located in this neighbourhood.
Although many music and dance venues cater to all tastes, Almagro is a stronghold of tango. During his last years, composer and bandleader Osvaldo Pugliese relocated to Almagro and oversaw the creation of the Casa del Tango (Tango House) complex on Guardia Vieja street.
Among Almagro's residents of note were boxer Luis Angel Firpo, poet Alfonsina Storni, and physician and politician Juan B. Justo.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. Juana and Tomas are incredibly generous people who made me feel so welcome in their home. The apartment is beautiful and is kept very clean. From day 1, I was made feel a part of the family and felt comfortable in this environment. Juana and Tomas were more than willing to help me with any questions I had on living in the city and they were a great help to me in terms of developing my Spanish language skills. I really enjoyed my time in this apartment and I would fully recommend to anyone that they should stay here if they have the chance.
