It has a fan for the summer & heating for the cold days & nights.

The apartment

Cosy single room with private bathroom to rent in a 5th floor of a nice apartment in Palermo neighborhood. 4 blocks from Alto Palermo Shopping.

There is a pleasant living room with two sofas, a (Cable) TV, and a trunk as a  coffee table. There is a big window that brings natural light to the place. In the dining room you can see a table with its 6 chairs.

A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, containing an oven, a stove top, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a kettle, and all kitchen utensils.

The  private bathroom has shower, W.C and sink. It has been recently renovated. 

There are two beautiful cats in the apartment.

Rent includes all bills and expenses (gas, electricity, building fees, water, internet access, change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning service).

Palermo is the largest neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires.
