The location of this apartment is great. If you like outdoors activities, like running, walking, etc, this is an excellent option because of its nearness to the green area. Palermo Soho and Hollywood is full of night life (bars, restaurants, discos, etc) and it´s also a comercial area where on weekends you can enjoy flea markets and different interesting activities.
This section of Palermo is full of green areas, as the Tres de Febrero Park, a wonderful city lung with its heart in the Rosedal. There are also important museums, The Jardín Botanico and the Zoo.
Santa Fe Avenue -a traditional street, with a great variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cinemas- is the axis around which this side of Palermo is structured. This Avenue is also one of the North-South axes of the city.
It is located only minutes away -in some cases, just steps away- from the main tourist and commercial centers: Buenos Aires Design, Alto Palermo Shopping, Recoleta neighborhood and Facultades (Colleges). It offers easy access to banks, restaurants and recreational areas.
