It is a small room but with everything you need to feel comfortable.
There is a single bed next to a desk with your chair and nightstand so you can study or work. There is a whole bookcase at your disposal and a closet with drawers and hanging space so you can store your things.
The room is in the quietest and silent part of the house. It has a window that allows natural light to enter, is fresh, has wooden floor and in winter a radiator heating which makes it possible to have a pleasant stay at any time of the year.
Location: Araoz between Juncal and Beruti Streets, three blocks away from Alto Palermo Shopping.
It is a traditional apartment of 160 m2, with spacious and bright rooms, wooden floors, high ceilings, decorated with few furniture but with many large paintings which gives it a unique touch.
Upon entering there is a large reception hall that communicates with the dining room, the living room and the kitchen. The dining room has a large wooden table with chairs and a window overlooking the street that lets in natural light.
There is an intimate living room with three comfortable sofas and a TV to enjoy some movie or leisure time.
The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with electric oven, fridge and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals. There is a large table with chairs where you can eat comfortably.
The bathroom is private and has sink, WC and shower.
Rent includes all bills and expenses (gas, electricity, building fees, water, internet access, change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning service).
Rent also includes full use of the home's facilities:
Lourdes tells us: "The department has very wide rooms, we can live all four in individual sectors maintaining our spaces. When we want to share talks and meals we find ourselves in the living room with sofas and television. The kitchen is very spacious with a table in the middle. We like to receive friends and many times we do it there. There are four sectors where to receive them and groups of different friends are assembled. It is stripped of ornaments, the more empty the better. The paintings on the wall or on the floor are always accompanying. The pets are three, two cats and a dog. The guest has to love animals because for us they are our family, they have priority. They are polite but they run freely around the house. The guest room is not a place for them to enter, in fact the door is always closed so that they know that this sector is not shared. The rest of the house is shared."
Lourdes tells us about her neighborhood: "Our neighborhood is spectacular. If you want green areas you are two blocks from the Botanical garden, a place full of charm. If you walk two blocks to the other side you will find Las Heras Square, a place where you can have a picnic, sunbathe, walk your dog or just sit and rest. On Syrian Arab Republic Street there are many bars and restaurants. You can also find Alto Palermo Shopping three blocks away or in ten minutes by bus is the Arcos District outlet. Two blocks away is the Scalabrini Ortiz subway station and all bus lines that pass through Santa Fe Av. It is a safe, friendly and familiar area. Three blocks away you can find a cinema. You have a bike station two blocks away. We are surrounded by supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops, hairdressers and fast food places. There are delicious ice creams very close."
This part of Palermo is full of green areas, as the Tres de Febrero Park, a wonderful city lung with its heart in the Rosedal, the botanical park, the Ecoparque and important museums like Malba and Bellas Artes Museum. Santa Fe Avenue is one of the main North-South axis of the city, with a great variety of shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas and bookstores. It is located only minutes away by subway, or just steps away from the main tourist and commercial centers: Alto Palermo Shopping, Paseo Alcorta shopping, Recoleta, Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood neighborhoods and Universities. It offers easy access to banks, restaurants and recreational areas. It is a privileged area in Buenos Aires, as well as one of the most sought-after neighborhoods with easy access to the Centre and to other neighborhoods.

Lourdes is the owner of the house, she is a makeup artist and mother of three children. 2 of them live here, Pedro -27- and Jose -18- .
In his own words: "I am a person who lives without stress. I work hard, but I also do what I'm passionate about.. I participate in a writing workshop, do theater and am a makeup artist in my spare time. When I'm home I listen to music, read, write and'm calm. At my house when I was a teenager, my parents welcomed an American and a German. It was so natural for me to live with them that I want my children to live that experience too."
