This single room features a single bed with a comfortable mattress, with matching pillows for decorative purposes only. It has a large window to the quiet part of the building, very bright.
With two mirrors in the room, a full-length one on the door and a smaller one near the window, this room is all painted white, with a large closet so you can store your things, a white dresser also combining, and a composé chair with the striped padding of the bed.
It has a comfortable desk with a chair so you can study or work.
It is very cool with good ventilation in the summer, and has central heating for the winter days.
The bathroom is only shared with one other person when the other room in this house is rented.

It is a spacious apartment on the 5th floor of 100 m2, very well located. The building has 2 elevators, a 24-hour porter, and central services. Very cozy, with a rustic, bright and cheerful style.
It has a mix of antique furniture and very modern details, which gives it great character.
Their common spaces are very wide, with ornaments and travel souvenirs.
It has a spacious living room, with two large armchairs with 2 bodies each, and an individual one, so you can hang out, reading or resting, in front of a large balcony full of plants.
In the dining room, there is a rustic oval table with 6 chairs to sit down to eat, in front of a large, very old oak sideboard.
The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, with many cabinets with wooden doors. It has a large counter, a very comfortable refrigerator, a gas oven and a microwave available to be used.
Due to its distribution it has very good ventilation in summer, which makes it very cool when the weather is hot.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
In the apartment lives a little 2-year-old kitten, named Frida.
The rent includes the payment of all services (gas, electricity, municipal taxes, expenses, Internet, change of sheets and towels and weekly cleaning).

It is located in the popular neighborhood of Palermo, just one block from Avenida Santa Fe, where you can find many means of transportation to move around the city. Bárbara tells us: "I have lived in this area for 37 years and it has changed a lot over time. It has become fashionable for youth and all ages. It has many businesses of all kinds, shopping, several eco-bikes nearby and bike paths. It is a very safe area with a lot of movement: many restaurants, bars, breweries, dietetics, hairdressers, pharmacies, super and hypermarkets, everything you need."
It is surrounded by squares, parks, very close to the Ecopark, a few blocks from the Japanese Garden, the Botanical Garden and the so-called "Bosques de Palermo". On the other hand, walking just a few blocks, you can get to Palermo Soho, where there is a lot of nightlife and gastronomy.

Barbara lives in this house. Barbara is retired, but currently works as a Breastfeeding Consultant. She describes herself as a nature lover, caring, patient and orderly. She loves to play chess. She has welcomed guests from all over the world to her home for over 14 years and says it has been a wonderful experience. She tells us that some students have returned to visit and that others have already married and have adopted their children as my grandchildren. "I really like receiving people and getting to know different cultures, habits and customs"
