The apartment is located in Palermo Viejo area, a neighborhood of high-class buildings, surrounded by forests and parks, on the tree-lined Avenida del Libertador. Very close to the Paseo Alcorta shopping center, the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA) with multiple options of transport providing access to everything.
In Graciela words: my neighborhood is very safe and residential. it's one block from los Bosques de Palermo. There are many shops nearby. There is a bike path and in the corner there is an eco bike station. There is a shopping mall two blocks away where there are cinemas. There are many cafes and restaurants. The people who have lived in my apartment have always been very happy.
Graciela says about her neighborhood : "The area where I live is a residential area, but blocks from a more commercial area. You can enjoy a walk through the park full of green that is only half a block away, or shopping at Alcorta Shopping Mall or a more cultural walk for MALBA. Restaurants and coffee shops around the corner. You will feel very comfortable in this neighborhood!"
This section of Palermo is full of green areas, as the Tres de Febrero Park, a wonderful city lung with its heart in the Rosedal. There are also important museums, the Jardín botanical and the Zoo.Santa Fe Avenue -a traditional street, with a great variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cinemas- is the axis around which this side of Palermo is structured. This Avenue is also one of the North-South axes of the city.It is located only minutes away -in some cases, just steps away- from the main tourist and commercial centers: Buenos Aires Design, Alto Palermo Shopping, Recoleta neighborhood and Facultades (Colleges). It offers easy access to banks, restaurants and recreational areas. It is a privileged area in Buenos Aires, as well as one of the most sought-after neighborhoods with easy access to the City Centre and to other neighborhoods.
