This comfortable, quiet and bright single room has a single bed, a spacious closet and a drawer unit. Also has a little desk ideal for study or work.

The room has a ceiling fan and heating and heating.

The bathroom is shared with the hostess and it has a nice hydro massage bathtub.

The apartment

Location:  Paraguay between Scalabrini ortiz Av. and Malabia Street, 3 blocks away from Palermo Soho neighborhood.

The apartment is located on the highest floor of a classic building in Palermo neighborhood. It is a comfortable, well maintained and bright apartment.

The Living room has a big sofa where you can enjoy watching movies, reading or just relaxing and a dining table for 4 people. It overlooks a beautiful balcony full of plants.

The kitchen is fully equipped, it has an oven, fridge, microwave, and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals.

There is a washing machine that the guest can use once a week (through the housemaid).

The bathroom is shared with the hostess, it's very nice and has WC, sink, shower, a towel warmer and also a hydro massage bathtub!

Rent includes all bills and expenses (gas, electricity, building fees, water, internet access, change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning service).

Rent also includes full use of the home's facilities:

Palermo: The apartment is located in an a very central area of Palermo, well connected, full of supermarkets, restaurants and all kind of services. It is very close to Santa Fe Avenue, one of the main North-South axis of the city, with a great variety of shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas and bookstores. It is located only minutes away by subway, or just steps away from the main tourist and commercial centers: Alto Palermo Shopping, Botanic Park, Recoleta and Palermo Soho neighborhood. Palermo Soho is the most bohemian section of the Palermo neighborhood. Located around Plaza Cortázar, the neighborhood is similar to New York's Soho because of its independent design scene and its cuisine.

Also it offers easy access to banks, restaurants and recreational areas. It is a privileged area in Buenos Aires, as well as one of the most sought-after neighborhoods with easy access to the Centre and to other neighborhoods.
