The beautiful room is furnished with a single  bed, a night table and a light, a confortable closet, a  desk and a chair.

It has a fan  for the summer & heating for the cold days & nights.

There is a nice window that brings natural light inside the room.

Next to this room, you can find one of the shared bathrooms.

The apartment

Cozy single  room with shared bathroom to rent in an apartment in Palermo neighborhood, close to parks and commercial areas.

There is a huge living room with  two sofas and more chairs, a chimney, balcony  and a coffee table. 

In the big dining room you can see  table with 10 seats.

A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, containing an oven, a stove top, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a kettle, and all kitchen utensils. 

There are 3 shared bathroom. The one right next to the bedroom has shower, W.C and sink. There is another one with W.C and sink and the biggest one has a shower, bathtub, W.C and sink.  This bathrooms can be shared with 3 people.

The balcony is very quiet and nice.

Rent includes all bills and expenses (gas, electricity, building fees, water, internet access, change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning service).

Near Bosques de Palermo you will find some of the turistic attractions and places you can not miss, such as El Rosedal, the Planetarium and the Japanese Gardens.
