The apartment

Location: Paseo Colón Avenue between Cochabamba and Garay.

This apartment belongs to a building from 1920, in perfect conservation within the historic center of San Telmo. It is a building that has only 15 apartments so it is very quiet. And like all old buildings, it has wide walls, which keep you warm in winter and are very cool in summer.

The apartment has access through the second body, crossing a large beautiful corridor full of plants. It is located on the second floor which is accessed by a staircase.

It has a beautifully designed wooden front door.

The apartment is very bright and quiet, with a modern and minimalist decoration, which makes it very spacious. Also, being so far from the entrance of the building, it is very quiet and peaceful.

It has a living room with cable TV, with comfortable armchairs and a coffee table to relax after a day of study or work.

The kitchen, very modern and equipped, has a comfortable glass table with 4 chairs to eat in peace. In the kitchen you have at your disposal a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven and electric jug.

The bathroom is shared with one other guest, and has a comfortable and modern shower, sink and a WC. There is also a washing machine in it, which is at your disposal.

The rent includes the payment of all services (gas, electricity, municipal taxes, expenses, Internet, change of sheets and towels and weekly cleaning).

About the area

The apartment is located in the neighborhood of San Telmo. It is an area very well served by the public transport lines that run along Av. Paseo Colón.

It is very close to different points of interest that can be accessed on foot: Puerto Madero is only 200 meters away, as well as "Calle Defensa", a classic street in San Telmo that is a point of great tourist interest. As well there are also many museums, Lezama Park, the San Telmo Fair that takes place on weekends, the Costanera Sur, with the Ecological Reserve so you can walk and enjoy nature and eat in the famous "carritos" that sell hamburgers and very famous "bondiola" sandwiches.
