The house has lots of light and air, the room has air conditioning so you are cool on hot summer days, and hot on cold winter days.
A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal and features, oven, fridge with freezer, and full kitchenware. The microwave is not currently operating.
The house has two identical bathrooms which are equipped with a shower, a W.C and a hand wash and are shared with the guests of 3 of the available rooms.
The rent includes payment of all services (gas, electricity, city taxes, expenses, Internet, change of sheets and towels and weekly cleaning).
