Ana´s house is located on a street that divides the neighbourhoods of Almagro and Caballito. It´s three blocks from Rivadavia Avenue. This avenue has tall residential buildings and important shoppings.
The neighbourhood of Caballito is located in the heart of Buenos Aires. It´s arquitecture consists mostly in low houses. Home of several argentine sculptors such as: Troiano Troiani, Luis Perlotti, Juan Carlos Ferraro, Lidia Battisti, among others.
In this "barrio" there´s a well-known park called Parque Rivadavia. Great place for philately lovers and used books, magazines, cassettes and discs.
Origin of the name "Caballito": The name is said to come from the horse-shaped weather vane from a local pulpería (bar) owned by an italian inmigrant named Nicolás Vila. Caballito meaning "Little horse".
