This single bedroom is bright and comfortable and overlooks a quiet street. It is on the second floor of the house.

You will find a one and a half size bed, a bedside table and a huge closet with plenty of storage. You also will find a nice desk for study or work under a big window.

It also has heating for winter days and a fan for the summer so you can enjoy a pleasant stay all year long.

The apartment

Location: Juana Azurduy St. between Superí y Roque Pérez Street.

It is a traditional house with a modern interior and very functional. It has two floors and you are going to enjoy a beautiful terrace full of plants and flowers and a view of inner courtyards full of vegetation.

You will find in the living room a comfortable coach and a TV for a relaxing time. There is a door window leading to the terrace. Next to it there is the dining room with a big table for six.

The kitchen is very spacious and bright, open and connected with the dining room. It has a bar with benches where you can have breakfast or a drink. It is fully equipped, with an oven, fridge, microwave and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals.

There are two bathrooms, one with sink, WC and shower on the first floor for your private use and a shared bathroom with bathtub and shower on the second floor at your disposal.

Rent includes all bills and expenses (gas, electricity, building fees, water, internet access, change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning service).

About the area

Coghlan owes its name to the Coghlan railway station. The neighborhood is shaped like a pentagon. While many houses have their own gardens, the neighborhood also offers green areas. The neighborhood has its own Obeliscus: a brick tower that rises as a ventilation lighthouse, with a height of 35 meters. It borders the neighborhoods of Saavedra to the north, Núñez to the east, Belgrano to the southeast, and Villa Urquiza to the west.

• Anne Frank Museum, is a replica of the environment in which the young Jewish woman lived hidden with her family in Amsterdam in the face of Nazi persecution.

It is two blocks from a commercial avenue and a few blocks from banks and shops. Ten minutes away is the DOT Shopping Center, with cinemas and entertainment."
