The room is pleasant, quiet and very bright, because it overlooks a balcony on the internal side of the building and it receives the sun light in the afternoon.
It's a large room, furnished with a single bed, a light table, and a closet. As there is a large desk and a very cozy swivel chair, you can study or read very comfortably. At night you can also be comfortable because the room and the desk are well illuminated.
You can chose between the air conditionning and a fan for the summer, and you have heating for the cold days and nights (regulated for the apartment individually).

The apartment is bright, quiet, pleasant and simple. The living room has a sofa, a TV, and a table with four chairs.
Another place that you will enjoy in this apartment is the balcony that has plants, and in this moment very nice flowers. It overlooks the street and has a lot of light.
A large and equipped kitchen is at your disposal, containing an oven, a fridge with freezer, a kettle, and all kitchen utensils you will need.
The bathroom that you share with one person has bathtub, shower, W.C and sink.

The neighborhood of Saaverda is very sunny and green and with no excess of transit, and the week-ends are quiet. The apartement is 50 meters away from the Cabildo Avenue (3900). There are 13 bus lines and the new Metrobus, very fast. 10 blocks away there is the subway Station Congeso de Tucuman, line D, that connects with a lot of transports. There is a lot of shops of all kinds, a theatre, a library that has a milonga, differents cultural shows and activities, and moovie theaters 10 minutes away.
The nicest spot of this area is the Saavedra Park, of 3 hectares, where there are lots of fisical activities, personal trainers and classes. From the apartement you access the Park through a very nice and green boulevard, just in the corner of the street!
You will find also lots of cafés, restaurants, shops and a gym a few meters from the apartment. If you cross the Cabildo Av. you will find a very nice and sunny square.
If you like bikes, there is a public bike station, new and free, that you can use though an app.
In front of the appartment there is a laundry and several banks.
