Horacio tell us "Our guest will feel home, independant, and at the same time he can count on us for everything he might need with the house or the neighborhood during his stay."
The neighbourhood of Caballito is located in the heart of Buenos Aires. It´s arquitecture consists mostly in low houses. Home of several argentine sculptors such as: Troiano Troiani, Luis Perlotti, Juan Carlos Ferraro, Lidia Battisti, among others.
In this "barrio" there´s a well-known park called Parque Rivadavia. Great place for philately lovers, used books, and music.
Origin of the name "Caballito": The name is said to come from the horse-shaped weather vane from a local pulpería (bar) owned by an italian inmigrant named Nicolás Vila. Caballito meaning "Little horse".
Horacio tells us more about his area: "The neighborhood combines a quiet residential area with a dynamic comercial life. The streets are full of trees and there are lots of parks. It's nice to walk around. There is a eco-bike station 3 blocks away and another one in the square. There are lots of nice cafés very close and access to moovie theaters and mall 5 minutes away by bus and 15 blocks by walk. Besides it's an artistic neighborhood where you will find the Sculpture Museum Luis Perlotti and the Ferraro Basttisti Museum."
