The bedroom is bright, and has a view to a large balcony and the street full of trees. It has a single bed, a beautiful desk, large closets, fan and heating.

It's a really comfortable and pleasant space, with shelves to put your books or things!

The bathroom is shared with one person, and has bathtub and shower.

Location: Mario Bravo between Gorriti and Cabrera Streets, only 7 blocks away from the subway station Alto Palermo, line D, and also from the station Medrano, line B.

In the kitchen you can eat, cook, read.. it's very bright. There is a fridge with freezer, oven, microwaves, electric oven, toster, kettel, mixer, grinder and all kitchen utensils. Lots of species and aromatic teas.

The shared bathroom has bathtub, W.C and sink.

About the area

According to Patricia, in her own words, the neighborhood is an interesting mix: students from diferent countries who go to the Palermo University, bars and pubs very close but without the caos of "Palermo Hollywwod". Shops, supermarkets and "kioskos" for all that you can need. It's also very connected to transports: 7 blocks from subway Line D and Line B. Different bus lines in front of the building or in the same block or on Cordoba Avenue, one block and a half. There are cultural activities and moovie theaters in Alto Palermo and Abasto Shopping malls. It'a a quite safe area. And you are close from the Parks Guadalupe, Almagro and the famous Plaza Armenia and Palza Serrano.

The apartment is located in Palermo, but at the limit with Almagro, the tango neighborhood, and equidistant from Villa Crespo and Recoleta, 10 minutes from the Faculty of Medicine.. an ideal location!
