A door separates it from another adjoining room also for private use, with a desk and a library, so you can study or work in peace.
The bathroom is private and for the exclusive use of the room and has a shower, W.C. and sink.

It is a recently renovated old house, with many rooms and patios, which gives it a lot of circulation.
Rooms of very generous dimensions, high ceilings, all recycled to new, combining the beauty of the old with the functionality of the modern.
A large family lives in the house, and they know how to respect their spaces.
The access is by the marble staircase to the first floor, where you reach the main hall that communicates with the living and dining room. Both spaces are prepared so that several people can be hanging out, with great comfort. This two spaces, has limited access, with arranged hours with the hosts.
Next to the dining room is the patio, where you enter several bedrooms, a fully equipped gym, kitchen and pantry. Also from the patio you can access the internal staircase that connects us with the private room.

All main rooms are very spacious, with original moldings, preserved and recycled openings.

The house is located in a very central area with a lot of commercial movement. Being a house with an old structure, it is very isolated from outside noise, with the advantage that you barely set foot on the street, you have many alternatives to easily move wherever you want.
The neighborhood is characterized by being purely commercial, with high traffic of people throughout the day, with transport to move everywhere. It has many means of transport to move around the city very easily.
It is a neighborhood that during the week has a lot of movement, both in terms of transport and people, and during the weekend, it is much calmer.

Ana and her husband Marcos live in the house, with their 8 children -7 women and 1 boy- with ages ranging from 8 years to 21. Ana tells us: "We are a large family, it is a house with a lot of movement and we always have visitors. We like to make others feel that this is also their home. " Marcos is an entrepreneur in security area and Ana is a lawyer by profession, but she is dedicated to her great passion, which is decoration, and was able to carry it out in the project that was and still is to remodel and recycle this great old house. She defines herself as proactive, executive, and friendly.
