The room

The room has two single beds, a night table and a light, a big closets and Cable TV.

It has air conditioning for the summer & heating for the cold days & nights.

There is a big window that brings natural light inside the room.

Next to this room, you can find the bathroom. It is shared only with the owner´s house.

The apartment

Location: Monroe Avenue between Balbin Avenue & Conesa Street.

Spacious double rooms with two beds for one person with shared bathroom to rent in a 6th floor apartment in Belgrano neighborhood. o 

The living - dining room  you can find a sofa and a big sideboard where the computer is.

On the other side is the dining room. It has a glassy table with its four chairs.

A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, containing an oven, a stove top, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a kettle, and all kitchen utensils. 

The shared  bathroom has shower, bath, W.C and sink.

And it's share with the owner's house only.

 Rent includes all bills and expenses (gas, electricity, building fees, water, internet access, change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning service).

Belgrano has two different faces: one is a residential neighborhood with 19^th-centruy mansions, and the other is a busy center of commercial activity; for this reason, many visitors choose to rent rooms in Belgrano. Some of the typical places to visit are: the Iglesia de la Inmaculada Concepción (the Church of the Immaculate Conception), known as "La Redonda" (the "Round Church"); the Palco de la Música (the bandstand), a pagoda located in the Barrancas de Belgrano; the Casa del Ángel, which was replaced by a shopping mall; the Museo Histórico Sarmiento (Sarmiento Historical Museum); the Museo Casa de Yrurtia (Home of Yrurtia Museum); the homes of Alfonsina Storni and Raúl Soldi (important cultural figures for the country), and the Barrio Chino (Chinese neighborhood).

Belgrano "C" is the most commercial area, with the corner of Cabildo and Juramento being a landmark; Bajo Belgrano is the area closest to the river. In both areas, there are buildings with modern and comfortable rooms for rent; in Belgrano "R", you'll find houses with rooms for rent, given that it is a residential area.
