This spacious room has a single bed, with a closet and a small desk ideal for work or study.

It also has an air conditioner for hot days and heating for the winter.

There is a window that gives a lot of natural light and direct access to the toilet.

The apartment

The spacious apartment, has a large charming living room, which has several a large sofa and two small armchairs to rest or read in the living room, there also the dining room has a large table with six chairs to eat.

The kitchen is fully equipped and is at your disposal so you can cook. It has a microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and complete kitchen utensils for your use.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a W.C., hand wash and is shared with the hostess, there is also a toilet with WC and hand wash for your use.

Rent includes all bills and expenses (gas, electricity, building fees, water, internet access, change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning service).

Rent also includes full use of the home's facilities:

María del Carmen told us about the neighboorhood: "we are two blocks from Santa Fe Avenue, one from Pueyrredon Avenue and one from Cordoba Avenue, where many buses run and there are two subway lines, the H and the D, two from the Faculty of Medicine, Economics and Dentistry. Nearby we have two large squares. near to everithing."
