The room is for one person and it´s very bright and spaceous. It has a one and half berth bed and a night table with a light.
It´s equipped with a big closet with enough room for all your thing and a desk and chair ideal for work or study.
In the room there is cable TV so you can enjoy it on your free time.
It has a heater for cold days and a ventilator for hot summer days.
There is a big window that provides lots of natural light.
The room is very nicely decorated, with lots of frames on the wall wich turns it into a very cosy space.
Next to the room there is a bathroom that is shared with another guest and it´s equipped with a showe, a W.C. and a sink.
The room for rent is located in an apartement in Belgrano neighborhood, a very residential zone of the city.
The living room and dinning room are very nicely decorated. They are equipped with a sofa (with several pillows) and a small table at the living room space, and a table with 4 chairs at the dinning room area.
The balcony is filled with plants and gives the house a lot of natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a stove, a refrigerator and silverware.
The bathroom is shared with another guest and it´s equipped with a shower, a W.C. and a sink.
Rent includes all bills and expenses (gas, electricity, building fees, water, change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning service).

Tengo de dir a todo las preguntas "Excelente" porque soy muy contento de la casa que mi ha aceptado en buenos aires y estar con Maria y los otros companeor de departamento fue un placer!
El precio no es muy barato però es muy coherente con la calidad perfecta de el servicio y con los precios de ahora de buenos aires!
Seguro los fotos coincideros con la realidad y seguro yo recomendaria la casa y spareroom a un amigo!
la unica nota negativa es el servicio de transposto da el Aeroparque de palermo: en realidad fue seguro y perfecto como servicio pero despues yo he inteso che 30 dollaros para ir da Aeroparque a belgrano es desmasiado, yo credo!Ma no es resposalidad de spareroom!
Para el departamento no estan notas negativas, solo positiva.
