The room is for one person and it's on the first floor of the house. It's equipped with a single bed, a night table with a lamp, a desk and chair for you to organice your work or study things and a big closet with shelves and space to hang all your clothes.
It has two big windows that give the room a lot of light.
The decoration is simple, welcoming and agreable.
The room has a ventilator dor summer days and a heater so you don't get cold during the winter.
On the same floor, there are two fully equipped bathrooms with bathtubs for common use, preferably with same gender guests.

The room is in a big two story house with a garden, a grill and a pool. It´s very welcoming and bright.
The common areas of the house are on the ground floor where there is also a toilette.
The kitchen with dinning room area is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, silverware and everything you may need. It has access to the garden through beautiful big windows.
The living room is spaceous and has a nice fireplace.
The garden has a gallery where you can have breakfast, a grill so you can barbacue and a pool for you to enjoy during the hot summer days.
On the first floor there are four guests rooms and two full bathrooms, both equipped with bathtubs.
Rent includes all bills and expenses (gas, electricity, building fees, water, internet access, change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning service).

It´s a very quiet and green residential zone. A few block away from the house, you can find the Hipodromo of San Isidro. Just three blocks from Libertador Avenue where there are many bars, restaurants, icecream shops and clubs for you to enjoy. It also has good acces to public transportation with the Mitre train line two blocks away and Maipu Avenue with lots of bus stops. three blocks away.
The river coast is very nearby, this will give you the opportunity to do lots of outdoor activities in a beautiful area.
The neighbourhood has many security chekpoints to make you feel safe and sound.

Vivian is 60 year old english translator. Her hobbies are gardening and decorating. She considers herself as a quiet, pacient and tidy person. She adores receiving guests in her house and make them feel comfortable but always respecting privacy.
Vivian lives with her two dogs. The fury little one is called Tyson and the bigger one is called Lebron.
