The room

This beautiful and comfortable room is for two people, and overlooks a yard. It's a very pleasant, bright and quiet room.

It has two single beds, a nightstand, a closet and a big window. It has a fan for the summer and heating.

Next to the room there is the shared bathroom that has bathtub and shower.

The apartment

Location: Juramento Av. between Miñones and Migueltes Streets.

Comfortable and cheerful doble room in a charming apartment in Belgrano neighborhood, only meters away from the famous Av. Libertador, and 4 blocks from the chinese neighborhood and the Park Barrancas de Belgrano.

The apartment looks like a house: it's located in the ground floor of the building, but is yet very bright beacause there are no high buildings arround. The spaces are very nice, and tastefully decorated. It's quiet beacause it overlooks inside the block.

It has a charming living-room, sunny, with sofas and chearful decoration.

There is a spacious modern kitchen fully equipped, with evreything that you need to cook: coffee machine, multiprocessor, microwaves, mixer, beard oven, big fridge, etc.

There is a beautiful yard (patio) that has barbecue, table and armchairs to realx at the sun anytime of the day!

The shared bathroom is equipped with shower, bathtub, WC and sink.

Rent includes all bills and expenses (gas, electricity, building fees, water, internet access, change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning service).

Adriana tells us more about her neighborhood: "The area where I live is perfect because the apartment is located in the more quiet side of Av. Libertador, but if you walk 3 blocks you have all the supermarkets, shops, cafés and the chinese area 5 blocks away. Besides youd find all the bus lines and the train Line Mitre in the station Barrancas de Belgrano. There are moovie theater and the very dynamic area of Cabildo and Juramento at only 8 blocks."
