Villa Crespo is the geographical center of Buenos Aires City, so you will be well connected to every point of Buenos Aires.
Iris tells us about the neighborhood: "The neighborhood is quiet and close to everywhere. A little walk and we get to Centenario Park or Los Andes Park. Nearby there is a shopping area with Outlets of great brands to buy clothes at good prices and Palermo Soho and Hollywood with all its amusements. There are several bus and subway lines to get where we want in minutes, in addition to the San Martín and Urquiza trains. The colors of the sunset are beautiful and the trees give us the feeling of being in a vacation spot. "
Villa Crespo is situated in the heart of Buenos Aires, in the border with Palermo and Almagro. It has a bohemian origin, and nowadays it is known as a traditional neighborhood. It is often chosen because you could find peace and plenty means of transport, as train (línea San Martín), subway (línea B) and more than 20 bus lines. And beside that its only a few blocks away from Metrobus that thakes you directly to Ciudad Universitaria in just 20 minutes.
Recently, the neighborhood faced an extreme makeover, with the extension of Palermo influence. Therefore, the price of properties raised and families started to share their traditional streets with boutique hotels, fancy restaurants and designers' shops. Art and literature are also winning new spaces in the narrow streets of Villa Crespo.
Its main attractions are: the Outlet area, where you could find more than 65 clothing brands, the Club Cultural Matienzo, the most famous place of the under culture, and pizza restaurants as Imperio or Napoles, very well known into the neighbors.

She tells us: "I love traveling and I lived in family homes and hostels. So I understand very well the guests, who I love to receive with hospitality and help them guiding around Buenos Aires. I love good coexistence and travel stories. And I love active guests! People who come by my house feel accompanied when it comes to organizing their stay, and with a lot of dialogue about how to handle each other at home. Good communication is one of my strongest skills."
Iris has no pets but some cats of the neighbors sometimes visit her.
