The apartment

Location: Niceto Vega and Scalabrini Ortiz. In the heart of Palermo.

It is a "chorizo" house from 1901, 100% recycled with very high ceilings of 6 meters in each room. It has a backyard and a front side patio full of plants. When the Jasmine or the Night lady blooms, the scent of flowers fills the entire space.

All 6 rooms face the patios, which gives them great independence and tranquility.

The living room is at the front, with 2 tables and armchairs. It is a space that is characterized by its tranquility.

The decoration of the whole place is distinguished by its originality: it has elements of the original house of the host, antique furniture bought in auctions or flea markets, a bronze floor lamp and a reupholstered armchair that belonged to his grandmother, all reconditioned . There are many paintings throughout the house by different artists that decorate and bring life to each space.

The kitchen is small but functional. It is at the back of the house in the backyard, with an electric oven, burners and microwave at your disposal and the necessary utensils for you to cook.

The room is located right in the middle of Palermo Soho and Palermo Viejo.
