The room is furnished with two beds. It´s very big, sunny, it has a window and a desk with a chair. It´s very comfortable. It has a shared bathroom.
Gerardo lives in an old recycled cool house, located in the most cosmopolitan neighborhood of Buenos Aires. It is over Julian Alvarez Street, a few steps from Cordoba Avenue. The living room is painted in Bordeaux, sculptures and original paintings are part of the decoration. It’s spacious; there are a few couches and a table for 4 people.
At the end of the property, a garden full of trees and plants and green grass is found, with chairs and spots to sit and rest. It is not usual that a house located in the middle of Palermo have a garden like this. It’s an ideal place to read, rest, meditate, do a pic-nic or listen to music.
Near the house, you can catch several bus lines to go downtown or Belgrano, Villa Crespo and Colegiales neighborhoods.
