The private room is very nice and spacious. It has a comfortable single bed, a large computer desk and a chair, shalves, a TV, a coat rack and a big white board. The closet is very spacious and has divisions.

It has air conditioning for the summer, heating for the cold days & nights and a window that overlooks the internal side of the building.

Nexto to the room there is the private bathroom with shower, WC and sink.

You can ask for the use of another room that has a desk and a computer.

What I love the most is that it's very accessible and close to all the important spots, like Palermo Hollywood, las Cañitas, Colegiales, Puente Pacífico, Solar de la Abadía Mall and you can walk to the Palermo lakes.

It’s nice to be in the residential area, very quiet, with picturesque and antique houses, ideal to walk, and at the same time very close to Cabildo Av. and its dynamic.

You are only 2 blocks from the subway and 6 from the train, and there is a free bike station. Also you have the new metrobus and lots of bus lines only 1 block away.

It’a a very safe area, where you can walk by night, and that has a lot a activity during the week, and is more quiet in the week-ends.
