The room has a lot of natural light, with sun and air, has a window that overlooks the front of the apartment, overlooking the large balcony terrace where you can sunbathe in the summer or cook something nice in the grill.

Spacious apartment in a very central area, very cozy, with light and air in all spaces that enters through the large terrace balcony with barbecue.
The common spaces are spacious and warm; it's to feel very comfortable. It has a living room with a large sofa where you can sit and read, or have a cup of tea or coffee. It is connected to the dinning room, with a large dinner table with 6 comfortable chairs so you can eat.
The kitchen is comfortable, with a large cooking table, and plenty of storage space, freezer, electric stove and electric kettle.
The house is very quiet and classic, with many ornaments and a library with more than 300 books of all genres that you can take to read freely.

The apartment is in a very commercial area, near Pacífic Galery, Puerto Madero and Ecological Reserve, traditional and modern cafes (Starbucks, Martinez, Havanna, Florida Garden, etc.), a few meters away is Plaza San Martín, one of the largest and most historic in the city, and the traditional Florida Street, one of the biggest tourist and commercial attractions in the city.
Federico says about: "The neighborhood is very well connected by public transportation: 20 bus lines in all directions, underground at 200 meters., extremely commercial, banks, shopping galleries, bicycles at 100 meters. and bike station at 50 meters. Area with good security for proximity to banks and international hotels, a lot of activity during the week but very quiet on weekends. It is in the heart of the tourist area of the city."
