The room

The single bedroom is very comfortable and bright until noon and is located in the internal part of the building. It has a single bed, a desk and its chair. There are very large closets with shelves and drawers.

There is a radiator and also electrical heating if necessary. And a good fan for the hot days.

The apartment

Cozy and elegant apartment in ideal location, just one block from Santa Fe Avenue and Callao Avenue, a commercial area, very near down town and many transport connexions.

This single room is cosy and comfortable and the bathroom is shared in the case there is another guest. Alicia rents two rooms in her house.

In the sunny living room there is a double sofa, some personal couches, a coffee table, a piano, a TV and CD player.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. It has a fridge, freezer, oven, kettle and a set of kitchenware.

It also has a nice table to have breakfast every morning.

Rent includes all bills and expenses (gas, electricity, building fees, water, internet access, change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning service).
