It´s a bright and very functional room that has a single bed and a night lamp, a desk with lots of shelves to put your books, its chair and lamp to study or work. It also has a whole closet with shelves and hanging space and you will be able to watch TV in the room.
There is a big window overlooking the inside of the building allowing natural light to enter during the day.
It has a fan and heating during the winter, ideal for a pleasant stay at any time of the year.

The apartment is in a tower building. It is a very bright apartment with many indoor plants that makes it very warm and cozy.
The dining room is a very bright room since it has access to the balcony allowing natural light to enter. There is a beautiful wooden table with chairs to enjoy your meals. Next is the living room with a couch, a large window overlooking the interior of the building that allows natural light to enter during the day. What makes special this room is the amount of indoor plants that you will find, which gives it a lot of warmth.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, cupboard and all the necessary kitchen appliances.
There is a complete bathroom with hand wash, W.C., bathtub and shower that is shared with the two people who live permanently.
Rent includes all bills and expenses (gas, electricity, building fees, water, internet access, change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning service).

Balvanera is a neighborhood that is characterized by its great cultural diversity and its concentration of wholesale and retail clothing shops.
Its main Avenues Corrientes and Rivadavia, are filled with shops of al kinds. It stands out the monumental Mercado del Abasto, the first reinforced concrete building in the country, today turned into a Spectacular shopping center.
Around Balvanera there is a growing supply of quality tango show restaurants.
The neighborhood is very active, has a lot of inhabitants and a lot of auto traffic. There are plenty of antique and historical buildings.
This neighborhood has its own personality, it's full of students and it's a mix of cultures: Jewish's, Koreans, Chinese and Peruvian live here.
In the center of Plaza Miserere is the mausoleum of Bernardino Rivadavia, created by sculptor Rogelio Yrurtia and designated a National Historical Monument. There is a concentration of public transportation where several bus lines begin their routes, in addition to a station of A Line of the subway and the Sarmiento Train. The main Avenues are Corrientes, Pueyrredón, Rivadavia, Callao and Independencia, among others.
