Graciela’s apartment is located over one of the most peaceful streets of Belgrano neighborhood (Virrey Olaguer y Feliú Street at 2600), in a 1st. floor. It has a big balcony filled with dozens of plants, which contributes to create an atmosphere of freshness and luminosity. Decoration of all rooms is completely classic, furnished in wood, French style.
The living room has a 3-section couch and 2 single couches, guaranteeing maximum comfort to read, study or talk with friends. It also has a big dinning table.

The property is strategically located only 4 blocks away from Cabildo and Juramento Avenues junction, neuralgic center of Belgrano neighborhood and center of cultural, gastronomic and commercial life. Besides, you can catch there several bus lines and the D metro line, which rides you to Palermo, Recoleta and Downtown neighborhoods. You are also close to the modern neighborhood of Las Cañitas, which has become in the last years the coolest option for hanging out at night.
Belgrano is one of the most residential and refined neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. It has a great amount of old and important lordly houses, most of them typical of the end of last century. On the other hand, modern, sophisticated, comfortable and, in some cases, spectacular apartment’s buildings have been built on this neighborhood.
