Beatriz tells us: "I like people to feel good at my home, I do my best to make that happen."
Beatriz tells us about her neighborhood: "It's a very nice area, with some shops, two supermarkets very close. You will find everything that you need: several bus lines (more than 10 within 3 blocks), train station at 4 blocks and subway at 12 blocks. There is a nice square 2 blocks away, and movie theatres 10 minutes walking".
Belgrano is one of the most residential and refined neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. It has a great amount of old and important lordly houses, most of them typical of the end of last century. On the other hand, modern, sophisticated, comfortable and, in some cases, spectacular apartment's buildings have been built on this neighborhood.
It is full of culture, tradition and history, and walking down its streets we can appreciate monuments, museums, libraries and fantastic parks.
Belgrano is crossed by Cabildo Avenue, where countless bus lines can be found, as well as the subway, which takes you to the center of the city, going through the neighborhoods of Palermo, Barrio Norte, all to Florida Street.
In Cabildo Avenue you can find all sorts of stores, from clothes, the best brands, to furniture, as well as restaurants, bars, theaters, museums and movie theaters.
It has large green spaces, such as the Barrancas de Belgrano and The Manuel Belgrano square. Opposite the square is the Sarmiento Museum that was the seat of the National Government and the Immaculate Conception church, which was the first church in the neighborhood.
On the other side of the General Bartolomé Mitre Railroad tracks that runs at the foot of the Barrancas de Belgrano is Chinatown.
