This side of Palermo is very calm, and still well connected with any part of the city because you’ll be 2 blocks from Santa Fe Avenue, and 3 from Libertador Avenue.
The house has 2 floors, on the ground floor it’s the family house and on the second floor, you’ll have your apartment: a big bedroom with 2 separates bed, a kitchen and a bathroom
This is a good option for those who want more privacy (the kitchen and the bathroom is just for you), but still living with a family.
And just for the same price, there is a cozy balcony.
